چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ وﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ و ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺑﻬﺎر 1391 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه زﻧﺠﺎن ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا درآﻣﺪ. آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻛﺮت ﻫﺎی ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮﻛﻬﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺗﺎٌﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )آﺑﻴﺎری ﻛﺎﻣﻞ(، ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ آﺧﺮ ﻓﺼﻞ، در ﻛﺮﺗﻬﺎی اﺻﻠﻲ و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ و ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ در ﺷﺶ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺬور ﺧﺸﻚ )ﺑﺪون ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ( ، ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬور ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ ، ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬور ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی800 و 1600ﻣﻴﻜﺮو ﻣﻮﻻر ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ، ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی 800 و 1600 ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﻣﻮﻻر ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ در ﻛﺮت ﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﻋﻲ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان زﻳﺴﺖ ﺗﻮده و ﺗﻌﺪادﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﻲ از ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ 1600و آﺑﻴﺎری ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ و ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺷﺪ و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺷﺎﺧﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ار ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ 1600 و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺬﻛﻮر از ﺑﺬر ﺧﺸﻚ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ.

Abstract
To study effects of seed priming and foliar application of salicylic acid (SA) on some of the Morphological traits under drought stress condition a field experiment was conducted at College of Agriculture, University of Zanjan in the spring of 2012. The experiment was conducted as a split plot based on complete randomized block design with three replications. In this study drought stress at reproductive stage with control (full irrigation) were assigned to the main plots and different treatments of seed priming and foliar application with SA include dry seeds (Without priming), seeds priming with SA at different concentrations (0, 800 and 1600 μmol) and foliar application with SA at different concentrations (800 and 1600 μmol) were assigned to the subplots.Results showed that the highest biological yield and lateral branch were obtaind in full irrigations and foliar application with SA at the concentration of 1600 μmol and the result also showed that effect of drought stress and seed priming and foliar application of salicylic acid on main branch and harvest index was significant and The highest main branch and harvest index were obtained in foliar application with SA at the concentration of 1600 μmol and the lowest amount obtained in dry seed.
