چکیده
ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ ﻣﺤﺪود ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺧﺸﻚ و ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ، ﻛﻤﺒﻮد آب ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ آﺑﻴﺎری و ﻣﻴﺰان ازت ﻣﺼﺮﻓﻲ ﺑﺮﻣﻴﺰان ﻧﺴﺒﻲ آب ﺑﺮگ و ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ اﺳﻴﺪ، ﻣﺤﺘﻮای ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﺑﺮگ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ای ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﺳﭙﻠﻴﺖ ﭘﻼت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار ، در ﺳﺎل 2010 و در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﭘﻮﺗﺮا (UPM) ﻣﺎﻟﺰی اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. دراﻳﻦ ﻃﺮح ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ آﺑﻴﺎری ) ﺷﺎﻣﻞ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻛﺎﻣﻞ در ﻃﻮل دوره رﺷﺪ )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(، ﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ رﺷﺪ ﺳﺒﺰﻳﻨﻪ ای، ﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ رﺷﺪ زاﻳﺸﻲ و ﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ رﺷﺪ ﺳﺒﺰﻳﻨﻪ ای و زاﻳﺸﻲ(، ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻛﻮد ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن داراوره 40، 120 و 200 ﻛﻴﻠﻮ ﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( و دو رﻗﻢ وارﻳﺘﻪ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ ) ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ 968 و ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ 926 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ داده ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ آﺑﻴﺎری و ﻛﻮد ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن ﺑﺮﻣﻴﺰان ﻧﺴﺒﻲ آب ﺑﺮگ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد و ﺑﺎ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻣﺼﺮف ازت و ﺗﻨﺶ آﺑﻴﺎری اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. اﻣﺎ ﻣﻴﺰان ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ آﺑﻴﺎری در ﮔﻴﺎه اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﻣﻴﺰان ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﺎ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﺼﺮف ازت و ﺗﻨﺶ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ.

Physiological responses of sweet corn include relative water content, proline acid and chlorophyll content under water deficit and nitrogen rates

Abstract
Water deficit is one of the main factors limiting production in arid and semiarid regions. This study investigated were carried out in the interaction of water deficit and N fertilizer rate on pollen number and pollen viability, photosynthesis rate and stomata conductance parameters in greenhouse condition. The experimental layout was split plot factorial design arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replications in 2010 in the Agriculture crop science, Putra University Malaysia (UPM).Treatments consisted of four levels of irrigation (including irrigation all of the growing season (control), vegetative drought, reproductive drought and vegetative and reproductive drought), three levels of nitrogen as urea (40, 120 and 200 kg ha-1) and two varieties of sweet corn varieties (including hybrids 968 and 926), respectively. Results showed that the interaction effects of water deficit and nitrogen fertilizer were significant and reduced relative water content and chlorophyll content under water and Nitrogen rates deficit. Whereas. Proline content increased under water deficit.
