چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ اﻳﻦ ﻋﻠﻒ ﻫﺮز آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﻜﺮار در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی ﻛﺮج اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ اﻛﻮﻟﻮژی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﺳﺒﺰ ﺷﺪن ﻋﻠﻒﻫﺎی ﻫﺮز ﻧﻘﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺰاﻳﻲ در ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل دراز ﻣﺪت آنﻫﺎ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ داﺷﺖ. آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ 6 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫﺎی ﻛﻠﺮﻳﺪ ﺳﺪﻳﻢ )ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی ﺻﻔﺮ، 100، 200، 300، 400 و 500 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر( ﺑﺮ روی دو ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﻛﺮج و اﻫﻮاز ﺑﻮد. ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ در ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﻛﺮج و اﻫﻮاز ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ چه دو ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 400 و 500 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.

In order to investigate the effect of pH of P. major, an experiment was conducted as factorial based on
completely randomized design arrangement with four replications at research lab of Islamic Azad University
of Karaj. The experimental encompassed the study of salinity 6 levels of NaCl (consisting 0, 100, 200, 300,
400 and 500 mM) of Karaj and Ahvaz population. The maximum and minimum amounts of germination rate
and percentage; shoot and radicle length of Karaj and Ahvaz population, respectively achieved at Control
treatment and 400 and 500 mM.
