چکیده
در اﻳﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ رﻳﺰ ازدﻳﺎدی ﮔﻴﺎه ﺗﻤﺸﻚ (Rubus idaeus ) ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺟﺎﻧﺒﻲ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺟﺎﻧﺒﻲ در ﻣﺤﻴﻂ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﻛﺸﺖ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ و ﭘﺲ از ﻳﻚ ﻣﺎه ﺷﺎﺧﺴﺎره ﻫﺎی رﺷﺪ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ، جهت آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﺎت ﭘﺮآوری ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻛﺸﺖ MS ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن BA ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ و /0 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ لیتر GA3 وبا ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻏﻠﻈﺘﻲ از وﻳﺘﺎﻣﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﻮاﻳﻨﻮزﻳﺘﻮ . ﭘﺲ150و 10،50،100 ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻏﻠﻈﺘﻲ از وﻳﺘﺎﻣﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﻮاﻳﻨﻮزﻳﺘﻮل

The effects of different culture media on in vitro proliferation of Raspberry (Rubus idaeus)

Abstract
Micropropagation of Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) using lateral bud was studied. After establishment, elongated shoots were cut and used for proliferation experiments. Microshoots were cultured on MS media including BA (1 mg/l) and GA3 (0.5 mg/l) in 4 different concentration of myo-inositol vitamin (10, 50, 100, 150 mg/l). Different micropropagation related traits were recorded. Results showed that there was significant difference among concentration of myo-inositol vitamin in view of number of nodes and the length of shoots. Finally, 100 mg/l concentration was defined as the best concentration of myo-inositol vitamin for proliferation of Raspberry.
