چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ آﻟﻠﻮﭘﺎﺗﻴﻚ ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﻲ اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎی زﻳﺮزﻣﻴﻨﻲ و ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ ارزن ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﻲ و ﻣﺨﻠﻮط آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن ﺑﺮ وﻳﮋﮔﻲ ﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﭘﻴﺎز ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ در ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﭘﺘﺮی دﻳﺶ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﻠﻮک ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 8 ﺗﻴﻤﺎر و 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﺑﺎﻏﺒﺎﻧﻲ داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺟﻴﺮﻓﺖ در ﺳﺎل 1392 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﻲ اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎی زﻳﺮزﻣﻴﻨﻲ و ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ ارزن ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﻲ و ﻣﺨﻠﻮط آﻧﻬﺎ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ 30، 50 و 70 درﺻﺪ وزﻧﻲ ﺣﺠﻤﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد.
ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﻲ اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ،ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ ،ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ،وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ،ﺑﻨﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ای ﻛﻪ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 70درﺻﺪ وزﻧﻲ ﺣﺠﻤﻲ از ﻋﺼﺎره اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺑﻪ وﻳﮋه اﻧﺪام زﻳﺮزﻣﻴﻨﻲ و ﻣﺨﻠﻮط آﻧﻬﺎ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺻﻮرت ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﭘﻴﺎز در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻋﺼﺎره اﻧﺪام زﻳﺮ زﻣﻴﻨﻲ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 70 درﺻﺪ وزﻧﻲ ﺣﺠﻤﻲ ، ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﺛﺮ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﭘﻴﺎز در ﻋﺼﺎره اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ وزﻧﻲ ﺣﺠﻤﻲ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ.

Allelopathic effect of aqueous extract of aerial organs and underground millet (Panicum miliaceum L.) on germination and seedling growth factors onion (Allium cepa L.)

Abstract
Allelopathic effect of aqueous extract of aerial and underground organs of millet and mixed with different concentrations on germination characteristics of the research onion petri dish in a randomized complete block with eight treatments and three replications in the laboratory of Horticultural Science, University of Jiroft was conducted in 1392. Treatments include organs extract groundwater and aerial mixture millet at four levels of 30, 50 and 70 %Weigh-Volume control (concentration 5%).
The results showed that the concentration of aqueous extract organs germination percentage, germination rate, root length, shoot length, fresh and dry weight, seedling vigor significantly decreased so that the concentration of 70 by %Weigh-Volume of extracts examined organs, especially the underground organs and their combination did not germinate. The maximum reduction in germination percentage of onion juice in the treatment of underground organs volumetric concentration of 70 %Weigh-Volume, The lowest effective concentration aerial (shoot) extracts in the treatment of onions in controls (5%), weight - volume was observed.
