چکیده
ﺟﻨﺲ ﺳﺮو ﻛﻮﻫﻲ )Juniperu sp.( ﻳﺎ ارس از ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده Cupressaceae ﻳﻜﻲ از ﭘﺮ اﻧﺘﺸﺎر ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن رده ﻣﺨﺮوﻃﻴﺎن در ﺟﻬﺎن ﺑﻮده ﻛﻪ ﺑﻮﻣﻲ ﻧﻮاﺣﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﺪل اوراﺳﻴﺎ و آﻣﺮﻳﻜﺎی ﺷﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺟﻨﺲ Juniperus از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن روﻳﺸﻲ اﻳﺮان ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﺧﻮاص ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ و ﻓﺎرﻣﺎﻛﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ دارﻧﺪ. اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺮوط ﻣﺎده )ﻣﻴﻮه( ارس و ﭘﻴﺮو ﺑﻪ ﺧﺎﻃﺮ داﺷﺘﻦ Terpinene-4-ol
ﻗﺮن ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻚ ﻣﺪر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن D-2,4 ﺑﺮ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻗﻄﺮ ﻛﺎﻟﻮس و درﺻﺪ ﻛﺎﻟﺰاﻳﻲ در ﮔﻴﺎه ارس ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ WPM و ﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻦ راه آﺳﺎن ﺑﺮای ﺗﻜﺜﻴﺮ در اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن 2,4-D در ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﻄﺢ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 1 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن D-2,4 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ را ﺑﺮ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻗﻄﺮ ﻛﺎﻟﻮس و درﺻﺪ ﻛﺎﻟﺰاﻳﻲ دارد.

Consideration of 2,4-D Hormone on Callus Induction of Juniperus excelsa

Abstract
Genus Juniper (Juniperu sp) from Cupressaceae family is one of the most spread plant species of conifers and is native to temperate regions of Eurasia and North America (Earle, 2006). Plants from Genus Juniperus are very important because of their biological and pharmacological properties. It is grown very well in Iran and contains plenty of oil. Like cone material (fruit), Juniper is Common for having Terpinene-4-ol and is using for centuries as a diuretic. In present study effects of using different concentrations of 2,4-D on callus induction and callus diameter were considered. Culture medium that used for this work was WPM and the purpose of this study was finding a method for propagating this plant. Hormone 2,4-D were used on 5 levels based on a completely randomized design with three replications. Analysis of variance showed that the concentration of 1 mg l-1 2,4-D has the greatest effect on callus induction rate and callus diameter.
