چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮات ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ﻛﻮد ﻫﺎی آﻟﻲ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و ﻣﻮﺳﻴﻼژ ﮔﺎوزﺑﺎن آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻛﺮت ﻫﺎی ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﺎل 1389 در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه زاﺑﻞ اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻳﺎ 100درﺻﺪ ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ زراﻋﻲ، ﺗﻨﺶ ﻣﻼﻳﻢ ﻳﺎ80 درﺻﺪ ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ زراﻋﻲ و ﺳﻄﺢ 60 درﺻﺪ ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ زراﻋﻲ)ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﺪﻳﺪ( ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﺻﻠﻲ و ﻣﺼﺮف ﻛﻮد آﻟﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﻣﺼﺮف ﻛﻮد(، ﻣﺼﺮف 40 ﺗﻦ ﻛﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر و ﻣﺼﺮف 4 ﺗﻦ ورﻣﻲ ﻛﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﺮﻋﻲ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ وزن ﺧﺸﻚ در ﮔﻴﺎه ﮔﺎوزﺑﺎن را ﻣﺘﺎﺛﺮ ﻛﺮده و آن را ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داد، وﻟﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی آﻟﻲ ﺑﻮﻳﮋه ﻛﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺖ از ﺷﺪت اﺛﺮات ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻛﺎﺳﺘﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻛﺎﻫﺶ زﻳﺎدی ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺧﺸﻚ )13482/6ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( در ﺳﻄﺢ آﺑﻴﺎری ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﻛﻪ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺎﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻣﻼﻳﻢ ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻞ در آﺑﻴﺎری ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ و ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺗﻨﺶ از ﻣﻴﺰان ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﮔﻞ ﻛﺎﺳﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﺒﻮد ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از40 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎرﻛﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﻄﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ در ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻣﻼﻳﻢ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻮﺳﻴﻼژ اﻓﺰوده ﺷﺪ.

Abstract
n order to study the effects of drought stress and biofertilizers (compost and vermicompost) on yield and mucilage percent of borage (Borago officinalis) a field experimental was conducted in split plot design with three replications in 2012 at University of Zabol. Drought stress treatments included: S1: control (100% FC), S2: moderate stress (80%FC) and S3: severe stress (60% FC) as the main plot and application of biofertilizer: N1:control, N2: 40 ton compost ha-1, N3: 4 ton vermicompost ha-1 as sub plot. Results indicated that the drought stress had significant impact on dry weight of borago and decreased it compared with the control. But the use of organic fertilizers, composting, especially in stress levels could reduce the severity of the
effects of drought stress and a decrease in performance is not Dry yield (13482.6 kg/ ha) irrigation level that
significant control was achieved with a moderate stress level (80% field capacity) was. The greatest yield and
plant height, were obtained in no-stress along with application of 40 ton compost ha-1. Mucilage content
increased with increasing drought stress (80% FC) severity. Generally mild drought stress (80% field
capacity) were added to the percentage of mucilage.
