چکیده
ﻓﻮزارﻳﻮم ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، ﻳﻜﻲ از ﺑﻴﻤﺎریﻫﺎی ﻣﻬﻢ ﮔﻨﺪم و ﻏﻼت داﻧﻪ ﻛﻮﭼﻚ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ داﻧﻪ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻛﻮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و اﺟﺰاء ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﮔﻨﺪم آﻟﻮده ﺑﻪ ﻓﻮزارﻳﻮم ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪای در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه زاﺑﻞ در ﭘﺎﻳﻴﺰ 92 ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪه ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، وزن ﺧﺸﻚ اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ و رﻳﺸﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ، وزن ﺻﺪ داﻧﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﻳﻦ ﻃﺮح ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻛﻮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰ وزن ﺧﺸﻚ اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و وزن ﺻﺪ داﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺷﺪ. در ﺻﻔﺖﻫﺎی ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، وزن ﺧﺸﻚ رﻳﺸﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﻋﺪم ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻮد( ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻛﻮد ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی داﺷﺖ. ﺗﻨﻬﺎ در ﺻﻔﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ، ﻣﻘﺪار ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻮد ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ 27 درﺻﺪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻛﻮد ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﮔﻨﺪم )رﻗﻢ ﺷﻴﺮودی( ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﻮده ﻛﻪ ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ ﻫﻤﺰﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮیﻫﺎی آزوﺳﭙﺮﻳﻠﻴﻮم و ازﺗﻮﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮ در ﺟﺬب ﻣﻮاد ﻏﺬاﻳﻲ و اﻧﺘﻘﺎل آن ﺑﻪ اﻧﺪامﻫﺎی ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﺮای ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ داﻧﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

Effect of Nitroxin biological fertilizer on yield and yield components of wheat (Shirudi figure) infected with Fusarium head blight

Abstract
Fusarium head blight, is one of the important diseases of wheat and small grains creals, which leads to loss of yield and seed quality. In order to investigate effect of the nitroxin biological fertilizer on yield and yield components of wheat (Shirudi figure) infected fusarium head blight, greenhouse expriment in Zabol University in the fall of 92 as a completely randomized design with four replications. Measured traits that was investigated include:spike length, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, seed yield, biological yield, 100 seed weight and seed number. The results of this project showed that the effects of Nitroxin biological fertilizer on all measured traits except for shoot dry weight, biological yield and 100 seed weight were significant. In traits of spike length, root dry weight, number of seed effectiveness of control treatment (no fertilizer application) was increased greater than the Nitroxin fertilizer. Only,in seed yield traits, the amount of Nitroxin manure increased by 27% compared to control. The results showed that nitroxin fertilizer on seed yield in wheat (Shirudi figure) was effective which can be due to effective symbiotic Azospirillum and Azotobacter bacteria in nutrient uptake and transfer to plant shoot to form seed.
