چکیده
ﮔﺰﻧﻪ دو ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎﻧﻲ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺧﻮاص داروﻳﻲ دارد در ﻃﺐ ﺳﻨﺘﻲ اﻳﺮان ازاﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد ﺑﺎ ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﻴﺪان ﻫﺎی اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮات ﻣﻔﻴﺪ و ﻣﻀﺮ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺪان ﻫﺎ ﻗﺮار ﻣﻲ ﮔﻴﺮﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ ، در اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺛﺮات ﻣﻴﺪان ﻫﺎی اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ )m T 0/8 و m T 1/6 در زﻣﺎن ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت )5min و 10min و 20min ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﮔﻴﺎه ﮔﺰﻧﻪ دو ﭘﺎﻳﻪ در دو ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺧﺸﻚ و ﻣﺮﻃﻮب ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار و در ﻫﺮ ﺗﻜﺮار ده ﺑﺬر وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﺟﺰ در ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﻣﺮﻃﻮب ﺗﺤﺖ ﻣﻴﺪان اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ m T 0/8 در زﻣﺎن 20 دﻗﻴﻘﻪ ﻛﻪ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﻣﺮﻃﻮب در ﻣﻴﺪان m T 0/8 در زﻣﺎن 5 دﻗﻴﻘﻪ و ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﺧﺸﻚ در زﻣﺎن 20 دﻗﻴﻘﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ را داﺷﺘﻨﺪ و ﺗﻴﻤﺎر m T 1/6 و زﻣﺎن 10دﻗﻴﻘﻪ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﺧﺸﻚ و زﻣﺎن 5 دﻗﻴﻘﻪ ﺑﺮای ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﻣﺮﻃﻮب ﺳﺮﻳﻊ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ را ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ

Abstract
The study of electromagnetic fields on plants growth and other living beings are one of the important subjects which attract the attention of most researchers therein. In this research,the effects of electromagnetic fields on germination on seeds, of Urtica dioica L. was studied.Seed of this plant were put under electromagnetic field by 0.8 mT& 1.6 mT,for duration of 5,10 & 20 minutes.This test also performed on dry seeds and also after 48 hours wet seeds.Under this condition ,germination velocity and percentage of treated seeds were increased against control.Except one item in which germination percentage was decreased against control about wet seeds which put under electromagnetic field by 0.8 mT for 20 minutes duration.Among treated samples,electromagnetic field by 0.8 mT in 5 minutes duration and 1.6 mT in 10 minutes duration in dry seeds and for 5 minutes duration in wet seeds shows the fastest germination.
