چکیده
ﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی آﻟﻲ و ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﻣﻴﻜﻮرزاﻳﻲ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﮔﻴﺎه داروﻳﻲ ﻛﺎﺳﻨﻲ ﭘﺎﻛﻮﺗﺎه Cichorium )
(pumilum Jacq آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺳﺎل 92- 1391 ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮدوﺳﻲ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻛﻮد آﻟﻲ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ (ﻛﻮد ﮔﺎوی، ﻫﻴﻮﻣﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ، ﻓﻮﻟﻮﻳﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ و ﺷﺎﻫﺪ( و ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﻣﻴﻜﻮرﻳﺰاﻳﻲ در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ )G. intraradices ،Glomus mosseae و ﻋﺪم ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ)ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اول و دوم آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﻗﺎرچ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻴﻜﻮرﻳﺰا اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ داﺷﺖ. در ﺑﻴﻦ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ،ﮔﻮﻧﻪ G .mosseae ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ 22 درﺻﺪی ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻞ آذﻳﻦ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ 29 درﺻﺪی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی آﻟﻲ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻛﺎﺳﻨﻲ ﭘﺎ ﻛﻮﺗﺎه ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻫﻴﻮﻣﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ و ﻛﻮد ﮔﺎوی ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻞ آذﻳﻦ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﺷﺪ. ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲرﺳﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ و آﻟﻲ ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻛﺎﺳﻨﻲ ﭘﺎﻛﻮﺗﺎه ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.

Effect of ecological fertilizer management on some reproductive characteristics of dwarf chicory (Cichorium pumilum Jacq.)

In order to investigate the effects of organic fertilizers and mycorrhizae inoculation on yield and yield components of dwarf chicory (Cichorium pumilum Jacq.), an experiment was conducted as factorial layout based on randomized complete block design with three replications at research farm of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2012-2013 growing season. Experimental treatments were all combination of organic fertilizers at four levels (cow manure, humic acid, fulvic acid and control) and mycorrhizae inoculation at three levels (inoculation with Glomus mosseae, G. intraradices and control without inoculation). The results showed that the effects of mycorrhiza inoculation were significant on all studied criteria on dwarf chicory. Application of G. mosseae led to increasing of number of inflorescence per plant by 22% and seed yield by 29% rather than control treatment. Using organic fertilizers improved yield and yield components of dwarf chicory. Application of humic acid and cow manure led to increasing of number of inflorescence per plant, seed yield, and biological yield. It seems that application of organic and biological fertilizers can improve seed yield and yield components of dwarf chicory.
