چکیده
ﺗﻘﻜﻴﻚ و ﺑﺎززاﻳﻲ ﭘﺮوﺗﻮﭘﻼﺳﺖ از ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﺰوﻓﻴﻞ ﺑﺮﮔﻬﺎی ﮔﻴﺎه ﻣﻮز رﻗﻢ Dwarf Cavendish و Vallery را ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻛﺮده ﭘﺮوﺗﻮﭘﻼﺳﺘﻬﺎ از ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﺰوﻓﻴﻞ ﺑﺎ روﺷﻬﺎی آﻧﺰﻳﻤﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 20 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ در دﻣﺎی 25 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﮔﺮاد ﺟﺪا ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﭘﺮوﺗﻮﭘﻼﺳﺘﻬﺎ در رﻗﻢ واﻟﺮی ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ از رﻗﻢ دوارف ﻛﺎوﻧﺪﻳﺶ ﺑﻮد ﭘﺮوﺗﻮﭘﻼﺳﺘﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻛﺸﺖ ﻣﺎﻳﻊMS ﺑﺪون ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﻣﻨﺘﻘﻞ ﺷﺪه و ﺗﺤﺖ اﻳﻦ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﭘﺮوﺗﻮﭘﻼﺳﺘﻬﺎ زﻧﺪه و ﻓﻌﺎل ﺑﺎﻗﻲ ﻣﺎﻧﺪﺗﺪ، ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺪت 45 روز ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﺳﻠﻮﻟﻲ و ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ دﻳﻮاره ﺳﻠﻮﻟﻲ در آﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ اﻳﻦ ﮔﺰارش ﺗﻔﻜﻴﻚ ﭘﺮوﺗﻮﭘﻼﺳﺖ و ﺑﺎززاﻳﻲ آﻧﻬﺎ را از ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﺰوﻓﻴﻞ ﺑﺮﮔﻬﺎی ﺟﻮان ﺗﺎﺋﻴﺪ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ.

Abstract
Isolation and regeneration protoplast researched from mesophyll tissue in leaves of banana cv. Dwarf Cavendish and cv.Vallery . Protoplasts isolated from meshophyll tissue by enzymatic digestion method under 20 hours and 25 0C conditions. The frequency of protoplasts were higher in cv. Vallery than cv. Dwarf Cavendish. The protoplasts transferred to liquid MS medium free hormone. They were alive and active on medium culture, produced cell wall and divided after fourth- five days. This report recommended isolation of protoplast from mesophyll tissue young of leaves.
