چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﻳﻪ ﻛﻮدی ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﻳﻮﻻف زراﻋﻲ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1392-93
ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻛﺮتﻫﺎی ﻳﻜﺒﺎر ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﻠﻮک ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ و در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ ﺷﻤﺎره 1 ﮔﺮوه زراﻋﺖ واﺻﻼح ﻧﺒﺎﺗﺎت داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﻴﺪ ﭼﻤﺮان اﻫﻮاز اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر اﺻﻠﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻏﺬاﻳﻲ در 2 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ اول ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﺎﻛﺮو ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺧﺎک ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد )N, P, K( و ﺳﻄﺢ دوم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﺎﻛﺮو ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﻣﺨﻠﻮﻃﻲ از ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﻴﻜﺮو ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺧﺎک ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﻓﺮﻋﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 4 ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻳﻮﻻف زراﻋﻲ ﺑﻮد. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ در ﺑﺮگ ﭘﺮﭼﻢ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺧﻤﻴﺮی و ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اﻧﺘﻬﺎی ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪای اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ V4 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داد. ﻫﺮﭼﻨﺪ اﺧﺘﻼف ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ V3 ﺑﺎ آن ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻧﺒﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی ﻣﺎﻛﺮو و ﻣﻴﻜﺮو ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ رﺷﺪی ﮔﻴﺎه و ﺗﻐﺬﻳﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ آن و ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﺷﺪن ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز ﺟﻬﺖ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺣﺼﻮل ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﺷﺪه و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﻣﻴﻦ ﭘﻴﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی ﻻزم ﺟﻬﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ دﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ در اﻳﻦ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺪهاﺳﺖ.

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study Effect of macro and micro element nutrition on physiological changes of four genotypes of oat during 2013-2014 growing season as field experiment at research field of Agronomy and Plant Breeding Department of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. Experimental design was split-plot based on RCB with three replications. Two factors were studied in this experiment. The first factor was nutrition with macro and micro element on two levels and second factor was four oat genotypes included V1, V2, V3 and V4. Results shows that the highest SPAD and photosynthesis speed was obtained from V4 genotype. Although the different between V4 and V3 was not significant. Also concomitant use of macro and micro fertilizers and improved growing conditions and better nutrition and providing the elements needed to build chlorophyll Causes achieve the highest levels of chlorophyll concentration and Also with providing the necessary elements for photosynthesis achieves the highest rate of photosynthesis is the treatment.
