چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻰ اﺛﺮ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه رﺷﺪ آﻧﺘﻲ ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﺮﮔﻲ) ﺑﺮگ ﭘﺮﭼﻢ( ﮔﻨﺪم ، رﻗﻢ آذر 2،در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻣﻨﻈﻢ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻰ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺰرﻋﻪای اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﺷﺎﻫﺪ)ﻋﺪم ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ( و ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ وﺳﻴﻠﻪ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ )ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ(، ﻛﻠﺮﻣﻜﻮات ﻛﻠﺮﻳﺪ در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی 400، 800، 1200و1600؛ﭘﺎﻛﻠﻮﺑﻮﺗﺮازول در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻄﻮح 35، 70، 105 و 140 و اﻧﺴﻴﻤﻴﺪول در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻄﻮح 10، 20، 30، 40 ﻣﻴﻜﺮو ﻣﻮﻻر ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ، ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻳﺠﺎد ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار در وزن ﺧﺸﻚ، ﻃﻮل، ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺗﻚ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ( و وزن ﻣﺨﺼﻮص ﺑﺮگ ﭘﺮﭼﻢ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ روزﻧﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﻧﻲ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﻓﻮﻗﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺮگ ﺷﺪ. ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی 400 و 800 ﻣﻴﻜﺮو ﻣﻮﻻر ﺳﺎﻳﻜﻮﺳﻞ، 35 و 75 ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﻣﻮﻻر ﭘﺎﻛﻠﻮﺑﻮﺗﺮازول و 20 ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﻣﻮﻻر اﻧﺴﻴﻤﻴﺪول دارای ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻃﻮل و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ ﭘﺮﭼﻢ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎر 20 ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﻣﻮﻻر اﻧﺴﻴﻤﻴﺪول دارای ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان وزن ﺧﺸﻚ و SLW ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. ﺗﻤﺎم ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی دو ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﭘﺎﻛﻠﻮﺑﻮﺗﺮازول و اﻧﺴﻴﻤﻴﺪول دارای ﺗﻌﺪاد روزﻧﻪ ﻛﻤﺘﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻓﻮﻗﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺮگ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ.

Effects of some antigibberellin growth regulators on flag leaf traits of wheat, Azar 2, under irrigation condition

Abstract
The effects of seed priming by three antigibberellins on wheat ,cv. Azar 2, flag leaf traits were investigated under regular irrigation condition. Experimental treatments included untreated seeds or control treatment, seed priming with distilled water (hydropriming), priming by chlormequat chloride (including 400, 800, 1200 and 1600), paclobutrazol (including 35, 70, 105 and 140) ancymidol (including 10, 20, 30 and 40 μM). Results showed that seed priming induced significant differences on flag leaf dry weight, length area and specific leaf weight and stomata density of upper lower side of leaf. Among our applied substances, cholrmequat chlorid in 400 and 800, paclobutrazol in 35 and 75 and ancymidol in 20 μM had highest amount in leaf area and length. The treatment of 20 μM of ancymidol had highest leaf dry weight and SLW compared to other treatments. In all of ancymidol and paclobutrazol stomata density was lower than control treatment in upper side of leaf. Also, seed hydropriming enhanced all traits compared to control treatment.
