بررسی جوانه زنی گو نه های مختلف دافنه و دندروستلرا استان های مختلف

Attention to the importance of medicinal plants the genus of Daphne and Dendrostellera, in this study was
studied mentioned plants reproduce by seeds to determined the most suitable conditions for the remove
dormancy of seeds. The purpose of this study was investigation the effect of different treatments(cold,
sulphuric acid at different times, scarification at different stages, soaking in water at different times and
steps and control(water) on seeds germination the different species of two genus Daphne sp and
Dendrostellera sp. The results was statistically analysis using sas with completely randomized design(crd).
The highest percentage Seed germination was observed in the treatment sulphuric acid( percent 96) for 5
minutes at species Daphne mucronata of Kurdistan province (50%). The results of this study showed that
seed dormancy of different species is likely due to hard shell of seed.
