چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻛﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﻳﻢ (0، 5، 10، 15، 20 و 25 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر) ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧـﻲ و رﺷـﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽـﻪ ﺳـﻪ رﻗـﻢ ﻣﺤﻠﻲ ﮔﺎوداﻧﻪ ﺑﻮﺋﻴﻦ زﻫﺮا، ﺷﻬﺮﺿﺎ و ﻃﺎرم(، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ اﻧﺠـﺎم ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ. ﺑﺮاﺳـﺎس ﻧﺘـﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻛﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﻳﻢ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ، ﻃﻮل ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻣﻌﻨـﻲ دار ﺑﻮد. در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی 5 و 10 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر ﻛﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﻳﻢ، ﻛﺎﻫﺶ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﻧﺎﭼﻴﺰ ﺑﻮد و و ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺎ ﺗﻴﻤـﺎر ﺷـﺎﻫﺪ 0 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر( ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﮕﺮدﻳﺪ. در رﻗﻢ ﺑﻮﺋﻴﻦ زﻫﺮا، اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻛﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﻳﻢ ﺗﺎ 10 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﺟﺰﺋﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺳـﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧـﻪ زﻧﻲ داﺷﺖ. درﺣﺎﻟﻴﻜﻪ در ارﻗﺎم ﺷﻬﺮﺿﺎ و ﻃﺎرم، ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺑﻴﺶ از 5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻛﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﻳﻢ در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در رﻗﻢ ﺑﻮﺋﻴﻦ زﻫﺮا 30-92 درﺻﺪ، در ﺷﻬﺮﺿﺎ 39-97 درﺻﺪ و در رﻗﻢ ﻃﺎرم 13-82 درﺻﺪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻛﺮﺑﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﻳﻢ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ از رﻳﺸـﻪ ﭼـﻪ ﺑـﻮد ﺑـﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ از 0 ﺑﻪ 5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر، وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ارﻗﺎم ﺑﻮﺋﻴﻦ زﻫﺮا و ﺷﻬﺮﺿﺎ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. اﻣﺎ در اﻳﻦ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﭼﻪ رﻗﻢ ﻃﺎرم ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﻧﺒﻮد.

Effects of alkalinity stress on seed germination and seedling growth of bitter vetch (Vicia ervilia L.)

Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of Na2CO3 levels (0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 mM) on seed germination and seedling vigour of three local bitter vetch cultivars (Buinzahra, Shahreza and Tarom). The experimental design was factorial arranged in a completely randomized design. The results indicated that increasing Na2CO3 concentrations caused decrease in Germination percentage (GP), germination rate (GR), seedling length and seedling dry weight (SLDW). In 5 and 10 mM levels of Na2CO3, the reduction of germination percentage was negligible and there was no significant difference between these concentrations with control treatment. The decreasing germination rate occurring between 0 and 10 mM Na2CO3 was considered negligible in Buinzahra cultivar. For other cultivars, the significant decline in germination rate was observed in concentrations more than 5 mM. The rate of reduction in shoot length in comparison with the control in different concentrations of Na2CO3 was detected from Buinzahra as 30-92%, Shahreza 39-97% and Tarom 13-83%. Decrease in root length was more than shoot length in all the cultivars at each Na2CO3 level, as compared to the control. There was remarkable decrease in seedling dry weight under 5 mM Na2CO3 for Buinzahra and Shahreza, but seedling dry weight of Tarom did not show significant difference between the control and 5 mM alkalinity.
