چکیده
149 ﻻﻳﻦ اﻳﻨﺒﺮد ﻧﻮﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﮔﻨﺪم ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﻼﻗﻲ ارﻗﺎم Yecora Rojo و No. 49 ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه واﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﻮاﺣﻲ ﻛﺮﻣﻮزوﻣﻲ دﺧﻴﻞ در اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ (ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ و وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ)در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﻜﺮار در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻋﺎدی و ﺗﻨﺶ ﻛﻢآﺑﻲ ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﻇﻬﻮر ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ در دو ﺳﺎل ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﭘﻴﻮﺳﺘﮕﻲ ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﻣﺘﺸﻜﻞ از 160 ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ رﻳﺰﻣﺎﻫﻮاره و 42 ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ رﺗﺮوﺗﺮاﻧﺴﭙﻮزون در 36 ﮔﺮوه ﭘﻴﻮﺳﺘﮕﻲ، 691/36 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن از ژﻧﻮم ﮔﻨﺪم را ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ 3/42 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺑﻴﻦ دو ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻣﺠﺎور ﭘﻮﺷﺶ داد. ﺑﺮای ﺻﻔﺎت ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮﻣﺮﺑﻊ،6 QTL روی ﻛﺮوﻣﻮزومﻫﺎی 4B ،2D ،2B و 7D(، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، 3 QTL )روی ﻛﺮوﻣﻮزومﻫﺎی 4B ،2B و 7D و وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ، 6 QTL روی ﻛﺮوﻣﻮزومﻫﺎی 5B ،4B و 6B ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﺗﺒﻴﻴﻦ ﻓﻨﻮﺗﻴﭙﻲ ﺑﺮای ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮﻣﺮﺑﻊ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ و وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ QTLﻫﺎی ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ روی ﻛﺮوﻣﻮزومﻫﺎی( 2B )12/71 درﺻﺪ، 4B 11/69 (درﺻﺪ 6B(13/89 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﻛﺮوﻣﻮزومﻫﺎی ﮔﺮوه B در اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ اﺳﺖ.

To identification of chromosome regions involved in yield components, 149 wheat recombinant inbred lines
derived from a cross between Yecora Rojo and No. 49 were evaluated using randomized complete block
design with two replications under well-watered and water deficit after flowering stage conditions during
two years. Linkage map consists of 160 microsatellite and 42 retrotransposon markers covered 691.36 cM of
wheat genome in 36 linkage groups with an average distance of 3.42 cM between two markers. 6 QTLs for
number of ears per square meter (on chromosomes B2, D2, B4 and D7), 3 QTLs for number of grains per
spike (on chromosomes B2, B4 and D7) and 6 QTLs for thousand grain weight (on chromosomes B4, B5
and B6) were identified. The maximum amount of phenotypic explained for number of ears per square
meter, number of grains per spike and thousand grain weight, related QTLs located on chromosomes, B2
(12/71 %), B4 (11/69%) and B6 (13/89%), respectively, which represent an effective role of group B
chromosomes in increasing the yield components.
