چکیده
ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻋﻤﺪه در ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ وﺟﻮد اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﻃﻊ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ و ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ،ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ در رﺗﺒﻪ آﻧﻬﺎ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺳﺖ و روﺷﻬﺎی ﻣﺘﻨﻮﻋﻲ ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری و ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ × ﻣﺤﻴﻂ وﺟﻮد دارد.در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ 15 ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ ذرت داﻧﻪ ای در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﻜﺮار در 6 ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 3 اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ(ﻛﺮج- ﻣﺸﻬﺪ- ﺟﻴﺮﻓﺖ) در ﻃﻲ دو ﺳﺎل 1391-1390ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮای ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ و ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻛﺮدن ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ ﻫﺎی ﭘﺎﻳﺪار، از روش ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮه GGE BIPLOT اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ دو ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ اول ﻣﺪل رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮﻧﻲ 92 از ﻛﻞ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪه را ﺗﻮﺟﻴﻪ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ازﻧﻤﻮدار ﭼﻨﺪ ﺿﻠﻌﻲ ﺑﺎی ﭘﻼت، ﺷﺶ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﺑﺮﺗﺮ و دو اﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺎی ﭘﻼت ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﺑﺮای ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد، ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی ﺷﻤﺎره 2و5 را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﭘﺎﻳﺪار ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺎﻻ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﻤﻮد. ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻧﺴﺒﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد در ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻛﺮج ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﺷﻤﺎره 5 ودر ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ و ﺟﻴﺮﻓﺖ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی ﺷﻤﺎره 14 و2 ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد را دارﻧﺪ

Abstract
The main difference in the stability of genotypes due to cross-interaction of genotype and environment, the
changes in their rankings in various environmental conditions and there are Various methods of stability
analysis and evaluate the effect of genotype × environment interaction .In this research 15 maize hybrids
were studied in form of randomized complete block design with 4 replicates across 6 environments including
3 agriculture research center (Karaj, Mashhad and Jiroft) in two years (1390-1391). for studying interaction
effect and determining stable hybrids, the GGE BIPLOT multivariate method was used .The results
showed that the first two principal components regression model explained 92% of the observed changes.
By using BIPLOT polygons, six Top genotypes and two mega environments were identified. Also based on,
both yield and stability BIPLOT, genotypes number 2 and 5 ,were identified as stable genotypes with
average function. Evaluation of genotypes relative performance revealed that genotype No. 5 in Karaj and
genotypes 14 and 2 in Mashhad and Jiroft , have the highest performance.
