چکیده
وﺟﻮد اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ G×E ﺑﺎﻻ ﻣﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺖ اﻳﺠﺎد ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ اﺿﺎﻓﻲ آزﻣﻮن را ﺿﺮوری ﺳﺎزد در ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ارﻗﺎم ﺗﺠﺎری ﻣﻬﻢ ﻣﻲ ﮔﺮدد. ﻣﺤﻘﻘﻴﻦ ﻣﻌﻴﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻔﺎوﺗﻲ را ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری ارﻗﺎم وﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎر ﺑﺮده اﻧﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ 15ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ ذرت داﻧﻪ ای در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ(RCBD) ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﻜﺮار در 6 ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 3 اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ(ﻛﺮج ﻣﺸﻬﺪ- ﺟﻴﺮﻓﺖ)در ﻃﻲ دو ﺳﺎل 1391-1390 ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ.ﺑﺮای ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ و ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻛﺮدن ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪ ﻫﺎی ﭘﺎﻳﺪار، ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ آﻣﺎره ﻫﺎی YSi ، CVy/l ، MSy/l ، ơi 2 ، wi 2 ، cvi، Si2 ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ و ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. در ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ روش ﻫﺎی ﺑﻜﺎر رﻓﺘﻪ در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی ﺷﻤﺎره6 ،5،14و 10ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی ﭘﺎﻳﺪار ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.

evaluate GxE interaction for Maize Hybrids using of different statistics stability

Abstract
Existence the high G × E interaction test may necessitate additional zones thereby increase the cost of production important commercial cultivars. Researchers introducing different metrics to determine the stability of the cultivars have used. In this research 15 maize hybrids were studied in form of randomized complete block design with 4 replicates across 6 environments including 3 agriculture research center (Karaj, Mashhad and Jiroft) in two years (1390-1391). For studying interaction effect and determining stable hybrids, stability analysis using various methods was performed. In this study, some stability parameters were studied and calculated such as variance of genotype across environment(Si2), coefficient of variability (cvi), Wricke’s Ecovalance (wi2),Shukla’s stability variance (ơi 2 ), variance (MS y/l / ) and coefficient (CV y/l / ) within locations of Lin and Bins, Kang’s Yield-stability (YS i) statistic. Based on most methods used in this research genotypes number (6, 14, 5 and 10) were introduced as stable genotypes.
