چکیده
ﻧﻌﻨﺎع ﻓﻠﻔﻠﻲ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ ﮔﺮﻣﺎدوﺳﺖ و ﭼﻨﺪﺳﺎﻟﻪ اﺳﺖ، از اﻳﻦ رو ﺳﺮﻣﺎی زﻣﺴﺘﺎن در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺳﺮد، ﺗﻬﺪﻳﺪی ﺑﺮای ﺑﻘﺎی آن ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻳﺦزدﮔﻲ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻧﻌﻨﺎع ﻓﻠﻔﻠﻲ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮدوﺳﻲ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﻃﻲ ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1389-90اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ و در آن ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎﻳﻲ از اﺳﺘﻮﻟﻮن و رﻳﺰوم ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻣﺎﻫﺎﻧﻪ از آذر 1389 ﺗﺎ ﻓﺮوردﻳﻦ 1390 از ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﺮای اﻋﻤﺎل دﻣﺎﻫﺎی ﻳﺦزدﮔﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻓﻮاﺻﻞ 4 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﮔﺮاد( در ﻳﻚ ﻓﺮﻳﺰر ﺗﺮﻣﻮﮔﺮادﻳﺎن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﻮان رﺷﺪ ﻣﺠﺪد اﻧﺪامﻫﺎ، ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﻮﻟﻮن و رﻳﺰوم ﻓﺮﻳﺰ ﺷﺪه در ﮔﻠﺪان اﻧﺠﺎم و ﺳﭙﺲ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﻪ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻨﺘﻘﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﭼﻬﻞ روز درﺻﺪ ﺑﻘﺎء و دﻣﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ در آن 50 درﺻﺪ اﺳﺘﻮﻟﻮن و رﻳﺰومﻫﺎ از ﺑﻴﻦ رﻓﺘﻨﺪ )LT50su 1 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ درﺻﺪ ﺑﻘﺎء اﺳﺘﻮﻟﻮن 6/2 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ از رﻳﺰوم و LT50su آن ﻧﻴﺰ ﻳﻚ درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﮔﺮاد ﻛﻤﺘﺮ از رﻳﺰوم ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ رﺷﺪ ﻣﺠﺪد اﺳﺘﻮﻟﻮن در آذر و در دﻣﺎی 4 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﮔﺮاد ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ و ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ درﺻﺪ -6/1 اﺳﺘﻮﻟﻮن در زﻣﺎنﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮداری ﺑﻴﻦ LT50su درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻣﻘﺪار4ﺑﻘﺎی رﻳﺰوم در ﺑﻬﻤﻦ و در دﻣﺎﺗﺎ 14/3 و LT50su رﻳﺰوم ﺑﻴﻦ 5/7 ﺗﺎ 12/8 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﺑﻮد. در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺎﺧﺺ LT50su، ﻧﻌﻨﺎع ﻓﻠﻔﻠﻲ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻳﺦزدﮔﻲ ﺗﺎ دﻣﺎی 14 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد را در ﻃﻲ ﻣﺎهﻫﺎی ﺳﺮد ﺳﺎل دارا ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

Evaluation of freeze tolerance in peppermint (Mentha piperita L.) under controlled conditions

Abstract
Peppermint is a perennial and warm season plant, so winters cold is a threat for its survival. In order to evaluate freeze tolerance in peppermint a factorial experiment based on complete randomized design with 3 replications was carried out in college of agriculture, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad during 2010-11. For this aim samples from stolons and rhizomes of peppermint harvested monthly (from December 2010 to April 2011) from field and were placed in a thermo gradient freezer for freezing temperature (from 0 to -20 with 4°C intervals) apply. For assessing ability of organs to regrowth, freeze stressed stolon and rhizomes samples were cultivated in pots, and then pots were transferred to greenhouse. After 40 days, survival % and afterward
lethal temperature at which 50% of stolons and rhizomes died (LT50su) was calculated. Results showed that stolon survival % was 6.2% more than rhizome and its LT50su was 1°C less than rhizome. The most regrowth of stolon was observed in December at -4 °C and the maximum of survival% for rhizome was achieved in February at -4 °C. Stolon LT50su in different sampling times varied between -6.1 to -14.3°C and LT50su for rhizome ranged between -5.7 to -12.8 °C. According to LT50su indicator, peppermint had potential for freezing tolerance to -14°C during the cold months of year.
