چکیده
ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﻳﻪ ارﮔﺎﻧﻴﻚ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺬر ﻫﻤﻴﺸﻪ ﺑﻬﺎر ).Calendula officinalis L( ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار و ﺳﭙﺲ ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻛﻴﻔﻲ ﺑﺬور ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﻜﺮار ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ در اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت و آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ ﮔﺮوه ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﻋﻠﻮم ﺑﺎﻏﺒﺎﻧﻲ و ﻓﻀﺎی ﺳﺒﺰ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﺎ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﻛﺸﺖ ﻛﻮد ﮔﺎوی )20 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر و ﺑﺪون ﻣﺼﺮف ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ(، ﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮیﻫﺎی ﺗﺜﺒﻴﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪة ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن، ﺣﻞ ﻛﻨﻨﺪة ﻓﺴﻔﺎت ﻧﺎﻣﺤﻠﻮل، ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی‌ﻫﺎی ﻣﺬﻛﻮر و ﻋﺪم ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی در ﺳﺎل 1389 ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺬر، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻛﻴﻔﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ و ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮیﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﺮک رﺷﺪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و وزن ﻫﺰارداﻧﻪ را ﺑﺪﻧﺒﺎل داﺷﺖ. اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ، درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ‌زﻧﻲ، ﻃﻮل ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﻨﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر و ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی‌ﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﺮک رﺷﺪ، درﺻﺪ، ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ و زﻣﺎن رﺳﻴﺪن ﺑﻪ 95 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ‌زﻧﻲ، ﻃﻮل و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﻨﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر را ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻗﺮار داد. در ﻣﺠﻤﻮع، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ و ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮیﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﺮک رﺷﺪ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻋﺪم ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻮد داﻣﻲ و ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﺮک رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺷﺪ.

Effect of organic fertilizers on seed yield of Calendula officinalis L. was investigated in a factorial experiment based on complete randomized block design with three replications and consequently, an experiment was conducted to evaluate its seed quality criteria in a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design with four replications in Research Station and Laboratory of Department of Horticultural Sciences and Landscape, University of Tehran in 2010. Treatments were two levels of cattle manure (without and with 20 t ha-1) and four levels of bacterial inoculant (containing N-fixing bacteria, P solubilizer bacteria, mixture of bacteria and control). Seed yield, 1000 seed weight and seed germination quality criteria were investigated. Results indicated that interaction effect of manure and bacterial inoculant caused the highest seed yield and 1000 seed weight. Application of manure significantly affected seed germination, seedling length and seed vigour index. Also, inoculation of seed by plant growth promotion bacteria showed significant effects on seed germination and uniformity, time to 95% germination, seedling weight and length and seed vigour index. In general, using cattle manure and plant growth promotion bacteria resulted in the highest amount of all measured criteria compared to non application of manure and bacterial inoculants.
