چکیده
ﮔﻴﺎه ﻋﺮوﺳﻚ ﭘﺸﺖ ﭘﺮده (.Physalis peruviana L)از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺧﻮراﻛﻲ- داروﻳﻲ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﺑﺎدﻣﺠﺎﻧﻴﺎن و ﺑﻮﻣﻲ آﻣﺮﻳﻜﺎی ﺟﻨﻮﺑﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﻛﺸﺖ )50، 75 و 100 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ردﻳﻒ( و ﻛﻮد ورﻣﻲ ﻛﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ )0، 5، 10 و 15 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( ﺑﺮ رﺷﺪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه، ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﻲ در ﺳﺎل 1392 ﺑﺼﻮرت آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﮔﺮوه ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﻋﻠﻮم ﺑﺎﻏﺒﺎﻧﻲ و ﻓﻀﺎی ﺳﺒﺰ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻬﺮان ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻃﻮﻗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﻲ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻣﻴﻮه، درﺻﺪ ﺑﺎزار ﭘﺴﻨﺪی ﻣﻴﻮه و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد، ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺮ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪه داﺷﺘﻨﺪ، ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮری ﻛﻪ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد 15 ﺗﻦ ورﻣﻲ ﻛﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت را ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ 18/97، 16/69، 13/07، 35/47، 11/48 و 36/05 درﺻﺪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ داد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ردﻳﻒ 100 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ 50 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ، ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ ای در اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺷﺪ درﺣﺎﻟﻴﻜﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ.

Effect of planting density and vermicompost on growth and yield of Gooseberry (Physalis peruviana L.)

Abstract
Gooseberry (Physalis peruviana L.) belongs to Solanaceae is well known for its nutritional and medicinal values and is native to South -America. In order to investigate the effect of planting density (50, 75 and 100 cm inter-row distance) and vermicompost (0, 5, 10 and 15 t.ha-1) on growth and yield of gooseberry, an experiment was conducted as factorial based on complete randomized block design with three replications in Research Station of Department of Horticultural Sciences and Landscape, University of Tehran, in 2013. Criteria such as collar diameter, number of lateral branches per plant, plant height, fruit yield, fruit marketable percentage and plant dry weight were evaluated. Results showed that treatments significantly affected all measured criteria in which application of 15 t.ha-1 vermicompost increased all measured criteria compared to control (non-vermicompost application) about 18.97, 16.69, 13.07, 35.47 and 11.48%, respectively. Also, inter-row distance of 100 cm performed better than 50 cm in case of all measured criteria. Interaction effect of planting density and vermicompost had not significant effect on all studied criteria.
