چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮرارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل ﺑﺮﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ ﺳﻴﺐ زﻣﻴﻨﻲ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﺳﭙﻠﻴﺖ ﭘﻼت ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺑﻠﻮﻛﻬﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ1392 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ای درﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻧﻬﺎوﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا درآﻣﺪ.ﻛﺮت ﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو روش آﺑﻴﺎری ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و آﺑﻴﺎری ﺗﻨﺶ از زﻣﺎن ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ ﮔﻴﺎه آﻏﺎز ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد و ﻛﺮت ﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﻋﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل در 5 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، 5 ، 10 ، 15، 20 درﺻﺪ ﺣﺠﻤﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ 2 ﺑﺎر در ﻃﻲ ﻓﺼﻞ رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎه و ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ 14روزه روی ﮔﻴﺎه اﻋﻤﺎل واوﻟﻴﻦ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ 45 روز ﭘﺲ از ﻛﺎﺷﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ در ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻘﺪار ﻧﺸﺎﺳﺘﻪ در ﻏﺪه و ﻣﻘﺪار ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﻚ ﻏﺪه در ﺳﻄﺢ 1 ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ I2M4 دارای ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﻚ ﻏﺪه و I2M5 دارای ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﻧﺸﺎﺳﺘﻪ در ﻏﺪه (16/43 ) ﻣﻴﺒﺎﺷﺪ.

In order to evaluate the effect of spraying Methanol liquid on potato (type Marphona) physiological characteristics, a research is conducted in form of Split Plot based on completely random blocks with a triple frequency in the agricultural year of 2013 in a field in Nahavand. Main terraces are including normal irrigation (per 7 days) and stress irrigation (per 14 days) and stress irrigation from flowering and alternative terrace including different amounts of Methanol in level 56 (control group , 5, 10, 15, 20 percent massive) Methanol is used twice in the season of growing per 14 days and the first use of liquid was 45 days after planting. The results from variance analysis showed that in use of methanol characteristics including the amount of starch in tuber, amount of drought material in tuber are significant in the level of %1. The comparison of means for characteristics showed that I2M4 is including majority of drought material of tuber (269.74) and majority percent of starch in tuber (16.43%).
