چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮا ت اﺳﻴﺪ ﻫﻴﻮﻣﻴﻚ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ارﻗﺎم ﮔﻨﺪم ﺑﺬری،آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ درﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﺨﺶ ﺛﺒﺖ و ﮔﻮاﻫﻲ ﺑﺬر ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛﺸﺎورزی ﻛﺮﻣﺎن در ﺳﺎل 91 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ اﺳﻴﺪ ﻫﻴﻮﻣﻴﻚ)60،30و90 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ)آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ( و ﺳﻪ رﻗﻢ ﮔﻨﺪم ﭘﺎﻳﻴﺰه )ارگ ،ﭘﻴﺸﺘﺎز وﺑﻚ ﻛﺮاس روﺷﻦ و دو رﻗﻢ ﺑﻬﺎره ﭼﻤﺮان و Ѕ78-11( ﺑﻮد. ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪه ﺷﺎﻣﻞ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ،ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ،ﺑﻨﻴﻪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ،ﻣﺘﻮﺳـﻂ زﻣـﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ، ﻃﻮل و وزن رﻳﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ، ﺑﻮد.ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ اﺳﻴﺪ ﻫﻴﻮﻣﻴﻚ ﺑﺮ ﻫﻤﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻏﻴﺮ از درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﻣﻌﻨـﻲ دار ﺑﻮد. p<0/01 ( و ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ از ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 30 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ اﺳﻴﺪ ﻫﻴﻮﻣﻴﻚ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ،.اﺛﺮ رﻗـﻢ ﻧﻴـﺰ ﺑـﺮ ﻫﻤـﻪ ﺻـﻔﺎت ﻏﻴـﺮ از درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد)(p<0/01 ﻛﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ اﺳﻴﺪ ﻫﻴﻮﻣﻴﻚ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ رﻗﻢ S78-11 ﺑﻮد.

Evaluation of Humic Acids effect on germination and seedling growth of five wheat cultivar(S78-11,Chamran,Pishtaz,Back cross Rooshan and Arg)

In order to evaluation the effects of Humic Acid on germination indexes of some wheat cultivar an examination was conducted in laboratory of Kerman agriculture research center in 2012. A randomized completely block design with four replications was used with factorial combination of humic acid concentration (30, 60, 90 mg/l) and distilled water and five wheat cultivar (Pishtaz, Arg,Back cross rooshan,Chamran and S78-11).measured traits was: percent of germination, germination rate ,seedling vigour, mean of germination, length and weight of root and shoot. Results showed that effect of humic acid was significant on all traits except percent of germination (p<0/01).the best result obtained from 30( mg/l ) humic acid. the effect of cultivar was significant on all traits except germination percentage (p<0/01).S78-11 cultivar showed the best response to humic acid.
